The PLANEX ZIMA horizontal formwork system is designed for the execution of waffle slabs and solid slabs, offering a high level of structural stability, precision and safety on site.

Its modular configuration combines light load-bearing elements with high-resistance components, allowing it to withstand high concreting loads and guaranteeing reliable performance during all phases of the construction process.

A robust system, galvanized to provide high corrosion resistance, reusable and versatile, designed to optimize execution times and ensure a uniform finish in building projects of different sizes.

The system is organized using guides that define the assembly streets and guarantee the correct alignment of the assembly.
The supports act as main structural elements, supporting the formwork board.
The intermediate ones prevent deformations of the board and ensure the stability of the slab during the pouring of the concrete.
The cruisers and struts remain during the curing process, allowing early recovery of the rest of the components.

The design of the system allows up to 80% of the pieces to be removed in a few days, facilitating their immediate reuse on higher floors and improving the overall performance of the work.
