The MAQ FENEX Dual vertical formwork system is a model of phenolic panels designed for the execution of exposed concrete walls and pillars with the highest level of precision and resistance.
Its structure combines a robust metal frame with an 18 mm 100% birch plywood board, covered with phenolic film on both sides and fully sealed, which gives it a resistance to concrete pressure of up to 70 kN/m².
A versatile, modular and reliable system that adapts to all types of construction configurations, guaranteeing solidity, quality of finish and efficiency in assembly.
- Allows you to build walls of any thickness, on one or two sides, always maintaining stability and alignment thanks to its different accessories (aligning or adjustable keys, rods, nuts, stabilizers, beams, supports, etc.).
- Its compatibility with a wide range of accessories and dimensions makes it easy to solve complex geometries, with variable angles and different heights.
- It is also used for pillars, ensuring precision and uniform finish:
- With pillar closing hardware → sections from 20 to 85 cm.
- With closing brackets → sections from 20 to 80 cm.
- Its modular design allows for quick and safe assembly, reducing execution times and optimizing performance on site.
